We have family in Ozark. After having a VERY bad experience at our usual Ozark hotel we tried Microtel this past weekend. It was the best stay we have had in quite some time !! The staff (even the housekeepers !) is very friendly and helpful. This morning we had to leave before 5am. Although it was before breakfast the desk manager made sure we had something to eat and coffee.nThe hotel is clean and convenient. We will definitely be back !!
We got here and the desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation. After about 15 minutes she said “my bad” as she pulled a piece of paper with our info off the front desk, including our address and credit card number from our phone reservation. Who knows how many people might have seen it? Our room musty and sour. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, some stale cereal and one of those waffle maker machines. There were places for bagels, bread and pastries but were empty. I realize there is a pandemic but at least put a sign up stating there will not be breakfast. Also, there was a weird bug that showed up on my bed in the morning, looked like a bed bug but I’m not sure. Can’t post a picture on here. I would avoid this hotel
Great price and very clean and the staff was very friendly! I would recommend this stay to anyone!
Nice people and clean rooms. We liked the play areas
Great staff, good price, and rooms appeared clean. However,face masks were required but the staff was not wearing them .5 other people came through without them and nothing was said to them.For that reason we will not stay there on our return trip.
