Always get what I need,there is help when I need it
Always go into Rockys before I go to any other hardware store....parking is easy, store is smaller and items are easy to find, staff are ALWAYS around to help, and they usually go above and beyond.
Great place, great selection. Matt is always there to help out customers with questions. Rocky's is close to home and has everything I need.
Personally this store doesn't even deserve one whole star but I did find what I was looking for but not because of there assistance. The older managers that work there I will say they do there best to assist you, problem is there isn't too many of them, The female workers were also very helpful but I don't see too many of them either. The other managers that are young give horrific customer service along with the other male workers, customer courteousness is something not in there vocabulary, this store use to be my favorite hardware store to shop at but the past year it's been terrible dealing with there unfriendly attitudes, very sad when you go to a place of business and the only feeling you have after your shopping experience is a feeling of unwelcomeness.
Best hardware store around. Great value and friendly staff. Very clean. They have everything. LOVE this store.
