Great place.nnEdit 1 year update:nnHome had many unseen issues. Plumbing was old and clogged and there were things in the tubes from the old tenant that was blamed on my kids and I. We ended paying $110 for that. Also, landlord promised lots of changes, updates and fixes but never came back to do any of it. We never even got to use the middle bathroom tub because of it leaking water. Landlords maintenance guy came and placed bread in the rim to keep it from running. The next day it leaked. We just didn’t use it the entire year and used the second bath. The roof started leaking 6 months after living there and it took 5 attempts and contacting the landlord before someone came out. Twice they had to come because it still leaked after the 1st time. He eventually did get the roof done... just on the last 3 days of our lease and the used my power causing my bill to almost double! Sent the bill and everything to landlord to be reimbursed after we moved like he asked, never got a response back. Not only that but the men who did the roof stole our gas can from the back yard. Told the landlord, never spoke of it and completely blew it off. I’d have much more to add because the truth of a review can help so many people know who they’re renting or buying from. I saw the landlord as an elder who I thought was a good man who understood how life goes for everyone and I believed him when he said he wanted to help me. No, people are out to help themselves and my kids and I lost a lot in the end. The house is a nice and spacious one but the main things that matter are bad. Would not recommend to any single mother with kids. Probably would’ve been treated differently if a man was in the picture.

Be sure to get everything in writing. Needs new plumbing.
