Okay as I entered the store I was greeted by the cashier ... I made my way down the isle a group of people in the paint area asked me if they could help me with anything. I told them I was looking for stainless steel nuts and bolts... they told me what isle and what area to look in ( and the information he provided was correct) all very helpful very friendly. So after digging through multiple bolt bins I was able to match up what I needed.apparently customers had placed incorrect bolts back into incorrect bins or vice versa. so that means I may have pulled a bolt out of a bin marked One price that was actually from a bin that was another price. This happened to several of them as I was going to make a small decent size purchase. When I get to the cash register the clerk who was friendly told me I needed to get the price for each one of the multiple different size bolts I had in hand from each one of the bins. I asked her y'all don't have a chart like home Depot and Lowe's does? The answer was no the price was written on the bins. I said so you don't have a way to tell what each one of these different ones cost? She said no that the price would have to come off of the bins. So instead of me trying to educate her that the bolts in my hands had came from different bins that were mixed with different bolts from other bins and not knowing what bolt went to what bin and what price.... I simply told her I hate that you miss this sale. See this was stainless steel it wasn't cheap junk it was overpriced and I was willing to pay it to be able to get what I needed .....gas is not cheap ....from now on I will simply go to home Depot or Lowe's... no, my no longer shopping there will not hurt their bottom line at all ....they won't even notice I'm not there but my reviews if you check my listings has over 227,000 views.. somebody somewhere is looking at what I'm writing and you have as well .....don't go there ....don't spend money there... don't shop there .....go to where they can get it right and you didn't waste 20 minutes matching up overpriced bolts just to be told you need to go back there and do my job and find a price ...she was very friendly very professional but this is just how it has to be I'm not going to pay overpriced prices and then be told I have to do her job too. Also on a positive note the store was very clean and spacious so why not five stars ? it's simple I don't work there.

The customer service is superb! I only gave 4 stars because they have a limited stock. Beyond that they will order what you need. This place is a great small business. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Never knows if something is on the shelf or where anything is!! Not helpful at all!!! The girls working the register never knows any of the sales or how to refund money!!!!!
