The worst customer service I've ever experienced in a retail store.

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly, but the store itself is complete chaos at the moment as they are changing the store layout and it's hard to find things that have been moved. The major drawback is the self-checkout lanes; most of them are only taking debit/credit/gift cards (no cash) right now and the only way to find out is to get up to the scanner and look at the screen. There should be notices at the ends of the conveyor belt! That way disabled people who use cash (like me) don't load their stuff onto the conveyor belt and the have to take it right back off. It's a major hassle. Thankfully there was a really sweet older employee who helped me load my cart back up and then scanned my purchases at her register.

I went to get some very special pictures developed yesterday & there was a lady by the name of Tory (I believe) who really helped me out. It was of a delicate matter & she was so very kind about it. She really was a blessing.
