We came down here for our honeymoon in early 2018 and i can say that it felt like a honeymoon too! We reserved months ahead and let the hotel know that it was going to be a honeymoon, they made sure we had a really nice room couple flours up and made sure we enjoyed our view. We stayed a little over a week and we loved it. The staff was so friendly, they have a lot of amenities including a little private island which we enjoyed so so much! I highly recommend this place! Great prices, beautiful environment! Will be coming back for anniversaries! Thank you Sheraton! We will keep coming back and supporting this business!

Our spring break stay at this property was one of the worst I’ve had at a Marriott. There were no towels in the room when my family checked in. Called guest services three times and they said they were sending someone to bring towels but no one came. Thankfully we brought our own beach towels, so we ended up using those. Housekeeping missed our room two days in a row and didn’t clean it. Tried calling front desk multiple times and it was difficult to get someone on the phone. When an agent did answer, he promised the manager would call us back in 20 minutes. We never received a call. The service was below average and such an inconvenience for us during what was supposed to be a relaxing time away for my family. Besides that, the property is dated. The pools outside were dirty. The rooms are tight and the bathrooms need updating. Would not stay here again and do not recommend if you want a clean and worry-free stay.

This is a fantastic “off the strip” hotel & resort.nnIt has a Starbucks (a must have for parents on vacation with their kids), a Spa (another must have), private beach, several pools and hot tubs, indoor and outdoor restaurants, oh, and free laundry.nnOur room walked right out to the pools and it was awesome for the kids. Very convenient.nnWe didn’t golf, but it appeared to be a pretty nice course.nnI highly recommend coming here, especially if you have kids!
