So sad. Travelled across the country to visit our daughter on base. This place is nasty dirty. Not sure what’s happening in these rooms but people coming and going in and out of rooms all night long.nnChanged hotels to one across the street. So disappointed

Two words....BED BUGS! I woke this morning at 2:30 with bugs crawling on me. We immediately went to the front desk but have gotten nothing but excuses. No more rooms available(not that we would want another one in this hotel) the owner is sick, the owner is out of town, no refund or resolution without the owner! Then we are told he won’t be in until noon, that’s his hours. In the mean time, we are in the parking lot waiting....we are not even allowed in the lobby at this time of the morning and the girl behind the desk won’t even allow us coffee. Talk about unfriendly, just unacceptable and unprofessional! Run fast from this hotel!

Older hotel. Great location. Close to restaurants. Lots of amenities. Bed comfortable with lots of pillows. Not a bad place to stay. Friendly staff.
