Hotel is Abit dated. The staff was also. Poorly trained .We were offered from the night shift person things that were not actually available .When checking in we were told one thing and it turned out something completely untrue. As well as person on duty didn't fulfill their obligation.nCausing more dissatisfaction.nOver all bad experience ... especially for a 100 dollar a night hotel.nExample dirty bed skirt and poorly sealed door.
What I love about this hotel is that their customer service is outstanding and they also have a great variety of food to choose from! Every time we checked-in in this hotel, I always get excited because I know that I will genuinely enjoy my stay!
Lady at night check in was not friendly so they did not get my business. Look decent on outside.
