Poor service ..I'm a Disabled Veteran at 20% , I recently got cut from 194$ a month to $19 ..filled out all paperwork .. afterwards got a notice of action it stated I made 150$ more than I had on my proof of income , didn't have none of my medical expenses listed , that I turned in with the application ..I left voicemail with my case worker ..never got a callback , the best thing here is the woman up front ..

The lady at the front desk was very sweet. But the people that review the cases need better training. I turned in 8 pay stubs and they still called me I gave my info on my newest check stub to her which was the same as the others just to be told i am sorry but you make $6 to much for any help from them. I totally understand they have guidelines. But I no people that have bran new cars and houses and have good paying jobs that get $1000 a month but I am being truthful about all my info and get told keep starving we can not help you

Communication is the key in everything we do and I feel there is really no communication unless you call over and over and leave messages and then hope for a call back and finally have to call and ask for a supervisor ... Nice people but communication? There is none and its sad :-(
