It wasn't the best carwash in town. But my car looks much better
We went there yesterday for a car wash 20 minutes later when we got out of the car we noticed there was dried up soap marks everywhere especially the hood. So on the the way home we stopped and ran it threw again. The car wash gentleman staff was rude and never even looked at how bad the car looked. Said he would run it back threw but would not pre wash it. Got done and immediately looked and their was soap left all over the car. Went im the gentleman said there was nothing je could do. Told us the owner was out in his truck. Went to talk to the owner who was very nice and could see all the soap left on the car, he offered to let us wash it again. Told him that the same thing would happen, something wasnt working and it wasnt getting the soap off. Needless to say we backed the car up and used the water hose to rinse it off, which didn't work. So now this morning we are buffing the car off to get the soap marks off. Again owner was very nice, yet never did anything to help. Gentleman that was on duty was very lazy and could have cared less about our issue. Not that this really matters but its a brand new car with less then 7000 miles on it. So definitely an eye sore for sure.
Good place to get car washed
WORST EXPERIENCE!ud83eudd2c beyond livid! Took my 2004 Mercedes Benz though today and it took so much paint off ! I have photos! Not to mention the employee was BEYOND RUDE! pulled up to pay and he looked at me said said what the hell are you doing you didn’t pay OBVIOUSLY as I was trying tonI would appreciate a manager or supervisor contacting me this was so unprofessional!! If you have a nice car STAY AWAY !!
