We had a furnace installed by J Austin Heating and Cooling last week. Doug, Dylan, and Tyler are the ones who worked at our home. Each of them are very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Doug came and gave us a diagnosis that our old furnace needed a new board. We decided to replace the furnace since it was 23 years old. Doug recommended a 2 stage furnace. I'm so glad we went with his suggestion. We bought this house in 2005, every winter we've lived here we've experienced condensation on the ceiling and windows during the cold months running the furnace. That's all gone now! They installed an American Standard 2 stage furnace and for the first time in the 15 years I've owned this home, the ceilings and windows are dry with the furnace running. When I mentioned this to Doug, he told me what we'd experienced in the past is known as the Glacier Effect and that the two stage air flow regulates a better balance in the home just due to the fact that the 2 stage moves more air. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire the team at J Austin. The whole experience from the first phone call through installation has been positive!nI highly recommend theses guys to anyone in the area in need of heating/cooling repairs or installation.

The two employees, Dillon and Tyler that work for this company are great. They were very respectful and efficient. I have 3 dogs and they made sure everytime they opened the door that none of them got loose. I highly recommend J Austin heating and cooling. I enjoyed having them in my house they felt like family.

Had to call a second time to get someone out, although they were able to come out same day which was nice. the rep seemed very knowledgeable, not pushy and they have reasonable prices. but still more than i want to spend for now, still thinkin.

I needed a safety inspection for my furnace, and being new to the Weirton area, I searched for the nearest heating and cooling company near my house ,J.Austin Heating and cooling, came up first. I was promptly scheduled for my furnace check, a few days later. I was greeted at my front door, by Doug Cole. I showed him my furnace, and my concerns of safety and the general condition, of my furnace, and air conditioning . Not only did he service my equipment, but answered all my questions, in a easy to understand manner, that put my concerns at ease. He suggested some general maintenance, that I could do myself , which I appreciated, greatly . I didn't have any recommendations or referrals , before my appointment ,so it was a shot in the dark, when I called J. Austin. And based on my pleasure and professional experience I had received from Doug ,I was extremely satisfied, and actually learned a few things too. When my heating and cooling is needed, or even a general question , I will not hesitate to call J Austin. Thank you. Michael Mathias
