This place was the best! SUPER hospitable and kind... very clean! Miss Karen was so sweet to prepare our food... even make my coffee the way I like it when she didn't have to.... and Taylor worked at the front desk. He was so kind! He even helped Miss Karen when he didn't have to and then he knew we had a long trip so he gave us a little treat bag for the road. We will definitely stay here every time we are in Wheeling! Thank you for making our stay a home away from home!!!!
My mother in law passed away and we were in town for her funeral. The staff (especially jen Curtis) was absolutely wonderful!! I have never met friendlier staff at any hotel. They were all so sweet and polite and did everything possible to make us feel welcome. My daughter said she felt classy there. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. We have decided to go back at least once a month just to get away. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.
I am so impressed with this hotel and the pictures and amenities don’t give it justice! THE friendliest staff and very clean. I have traveled and stayed in many hotels Over the last year and this was by far the BEST customer service we have had or even seen. It wasn’t just us, as we sat in the lobby they greeted each person and engaged them in conversation or asked what can I get you! Jen was the manager on duty and was also awesome! Any time we are back in the area we will stay here!!!
The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The pool area was nice and fun for the kids. Out door hot tub was amazing in the cool weather. Rooms were nice. Don't have anything bad to say about it.
Great hotel! I have stayed in many hotels during my travels and eventually settled on Hampton as my hotel of choice..but this hotel is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in...very clean..friendly staff..pool..hot tub..steam room..and when I stayed they had complementary dinner!! Again I have stayed in many many hotels.even resorts. But this hotel for price and amenities..and just over all THE BEST!
