This is the first time my husband and I stayed here. As soon as you walk in the lobby was very clean and smelled wonderful. Nichole is very helpful and checks with you to see if our room is fine. All the staff are wonderful. The housekeeping ladies on the 3rd floor was very nice and the stuff we requested was on our bed before we came back. The breakfast is a grab bag but you are offered hot sandwiches, cold cereal, muffins, oatmeal and fruit. I can't say enough about our stay. Thank you to all the staff for always smiling and being helpful..
It's handy being right across the street from Franciscan. It needs to be maintained a bit better. Carpet was very dirty and the bathroom had mold and a strange smell. Friendly and helpful staff.
You won't beat this value in the area. Best hotel. Cleanest hotel. Best Staff. Best Management. Best Western Plus Franciscan Square in Steubenville can not be beat anywhere in the area!
Nice clean rooms with nice showers and comfortable beds. Only giving 4 stars bc I have nothing complimentary to say about the complimentary breakfast. Food tastes like dust, coffee was repulsive
