I was very pleased with the room, the price and the staff but I have a serious problem with them allowing smoking in the hotel. Someone said it was only on the 3rd floor, which is fine but I wasn't told that when I was given a 3rd floor room! The entire floor reeks! Inside every room. It's not like it stays in the smoker rooms! They were booked up so no other options. Really unhappy about this.
Not very happy with the bagged breakfast. They gave me a small yogurt and a bagel. No butter, no toaster. Basically, breakfast was an insult. The room smelled a little musty due to the poor curbless shower design that allows water to sit on the floor.nnHowever, I was happy with the beds and pillows. Very comfortable. The tv had good movie channels. Overall, I would not come back due to lack of breakfast food.
Pool was close do to maintenance 2 weeks later and pool was still close. My a/c keep messing up on middle of the night, mini fridge would freeze my food and if I lower the climate control it would stop working. These place need lots of upgrades. No maintenance on the weekends they wanted to change my room but I was staying for 4 weeks imagin all the stuff I had to pack to change room. No grill area and they don't allow small bbq pits on the parking lot. Good thing it was just 4 weeks.
Lady at the front desk was unbelievably nice. Great experience think he name was Kimberly
Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.
