Check in was smooth, the front desk attendant was friendly. The room was as expected, with beds that were just right and soft pillows. What made this experience excellent was the observation of the staff. We left a light on in our car after returning from dinner. The front desk attendant either noticed or was told about it from a different guest and called our room to let us know. I didn't have to give license plate info here, so I was surprised she knew it was our car. Good looking out! I will definitely stay here again if life brings me back to Steubenville!
Nice folks good rates one of the few pet friendly motels around.
Upon arriving instantly noticed trash all over parking lot and cans overflowing. The floors and trash cans in the hotel were the same way. The linens were yellow and stained. Hotel is poorly maintained. If you like unsanitary conditions and poor customer service then you will be right at home here.
I was disgusted! Came in from out of town. There is trash all over the parking lot. Trash cans were full and spilling over at the front of building. Everything was dirty. We got to our room and the door wouldn't lock. We just turned around and left in 5 mins. Please pay etc for a better hotel. I will chalk up this $80.
It is a terrible place to stay. They lost our reservation, the rooms aren't very clean and the drain in the shower didn't work, the tub just filled up with water while you showered. The staff is not very friendly at all.
