Chris was doing a follow up on a recent repair. He found the issue quickly and fixed the problem promptly. He explained everything in detail and with photos. Chris also advised us on new changes in the maintenance program along with estimates needed for an upcoming replacement item.nWe could not have asked for better service . Grogg's contacted me prior to the expiration of my annual service contract to ensure I was able to take advantage of my annual inspection. Customer service, as well as the technician were very helpful and flexible in scheduling the appointment. The technician, Travis contacted me prior to his arrival to inform me of his ETA. Upon arrival, Travis was very respectful of my time and care not to track dirt or other material into my home. Travis spent approximately 1-hour inspecting my two HVAC units. At no point did I feel the inspection was anything other that what was intended, as there were no issues found or recommendations to repair or replace any components or to sell additional services.

My furnace went out on Tuesday night called Grogg's and they offered to come out and check it but I decided to wait until in the morning. Repairman was here at appointment time and found the heat exchanger was bad and Roy their salesman come out & gave me several options to choice from. Installers was here bright and earlier to install new furnace & AC and was ready by the end of the day. I would recommend them for their quick service & prices

Travis did an outstanding job today - he arrived with mask & shoe covers, took his time and did a very thorough inspection of both units. One furnace did need a replacement part, but he explained what it did and the cost. Gave me suggestions for my units and was polite and very informative. That's why I suggest Grogg's whenn anyone asks for recommendations. Thanks once again for outstanding servicec.
