They installed an electric tankless water heater.nI love it.nThey were polite and professional.

Scheduled a visit from this company on 11/6/2020 and they never showed or reached out to cancel or reschedule. Subsequent communications were read, but unanswered. They have no problem wasting people’s time.nnAfter posting my quick review above on a social media page, the company posted a fake piece of paper acting like they tried to find me. It gave away private information on the location of my residence and said they could not contact me with the date that were supposed to show. Anyone could write that up after the fact. I had to remove my review and write another to remove their photo. They don’t even care about privacy.nTo comment further on the photo they added and I had to delete, I told them my address was remote, but it was in GPS and I said which app they could use for sure (It's also on Google maps). I told them phone would not work due to signal issues, but they could text me. I received no message in Facebook where we had originally communicated. I received no text messages. I received no voicemails. They didn’t respond to my Facebook message where I sarcastically thanked them for wasting my time.nnAfter deleting my initial review on the above mentioned social media site they keep re-posting the fake photo. This company is childish, irresponsible, and unprofessional.

When I had a problem with my furnace they made it right and didnnot charge me. I would give them more stars but it took a long time for them to do the right thing.nBlessings for making this right.

Pretty good experience. Didn't show up on time due to personal reasons which is fine but I wish someone would have called to make sure I would still be here. Both guys that came to the house were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. Definitely more than I know at least. They worked quickly and efficiently

First group of guys installed ac ac unit left with it leaking and the filter backwards then 3 weeks later they did come fix it all.. I'd definitely recommend the second guy that came!!
