The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price is a little high. There's a lot of good with this business. He had the part I needed for the oven in stock, he was prompt and took care of both issues with both appliances. I would recommend over some of the others around town because in the past I've had issues not be resolved on the first call from others.
Very good people, good products and good quality. Mike has really went the distance with our apartment building.
