We just adopted a dog today from TCHS. Kelli was so helpful, sent us an email and called us to give us all the information we would need before we drove from out of town to look at one of the dogs and consider him for adoption as a playmate for our dog. The volunteers were great and gave us a place to see if Max and our dog would bond. I was so impressed at how clean the facility was and that it didn't have an awful odor like allot of shelters we have visited. Hats off to Kelli and her staff for all their hard work and an excellent job well done!!!
I volunteered here with my oldest son in the fall before my weekends got tied up this winter. I have never met staff as compassionate and caring as the volunteers at this humane society. I love to volunteer there because the animals are taken care of, and they take the time to actually help train the animals before finding them a home. I highly recommend visiting, maybe even volunteering, to see for yourself!
This is a very nice place to look for a pet. the place is clean and kept up nicely has a lot of volunteers to keep it running clean and smooth. If you're looking for a special pet this would be a good place to look for one.
Great people. Got my little boy here. I have never been to a shelter that cared so much for their dogs. They still stay in contact and ask about Barney. Wonderful people...
Staff and volunteers are awesome. The animals are well taken care of.
