Auto car wash processed CC transaction but car wash COMPLETELY FAILED to operate. Immediately called the phone number listed on the building and got a lengthy and unhelpful recorded message. I left a voice mail describing the failure and expectation of contact for refund and that I would dispute the charge. I received NO contact and I disputed the charge. The day after the charge dispute with my bank I received fraud alert notice for my CC being used for online purchases. This business is the likely criminal source for this illegal activity. Avoid this unethical excuse for a business. They take your money, fail to deliver any service and then illegally use your CC account info for fraudulent purchases when you deny their transaction. They should be prosecuted....
Paid $10 for a carwash and the automatic carwash didn't even spray any water on my car. It only put soap on my car. I had to go to another carwash to wash my car.
Used to be a nice car wash. Has been let go
The machine took my money and the vacuum wouldn't work. It would be less irritating to buy a bottle of lemon juice and splash it in you eyes. At least you would then smell clean. Couldn't find a phone number for a refund or I would have called it. This place represents what is wrong with society.
