Set an appointment time with DJ for a simple interior detailing. Vehicle was taken there but no one was aware of the appointment and was told that I couldn't wait on my vehicle to be done. Messaged DJ about the issue and was met with hostile response. I will not be returning to this business nor will I refer it to anyone else. Very unprofessional!
Custom Detailers should be renamed, Perfection Plus. DJ, the owner, is a terrific guy who makes sure his customers are well taken care of. They do fantastic work and deserve five stars.
Dropped off my truck to have the inside cleaned. Stopped 2 days later to check on it .still wasn't done. But found it in the parking lot with a pontoon boat hooked up to it and the keys left in the switch unlocked after hours. I guess that they just use people's vehicles as if they belong to them. Don't use this place
Place is horrible I wouldn't trust any of them DJ the owner is a hot head and very rude
These guys do nice work. I've been going here for a few years now and never disappointed.
