This Location is way better than New Martinsville Subway. Very kind and professional staff. Restaurant was clean and organized.

Havent ate out in months so we decided to grab a sub and Ordered online thought it would be quicker. Was wrong. When my husband went in to get our food after waiting 10 min passed the time that it should have been ready and it was still not done plus they would not let him in without a mask.. They did not have enough of wheat so had to substitute for another kind of bread. It was doughy as if it was not baked long enough. They had put extra veggies that were not supposed to be on 2 of the sandwiches my kids refused to eat them so I wasted not only my time but money. Plus they did not give me 2 other bag of chips to finish the meals. Should have went home and cooked .

Subway is always good. I don't eat it all the time so when I do get to it is always delicious.

They did a great job and enforced the current COVID policies and were friendly and professional.nThe sandwich was delicious and well made, however I have a couple of criticisms:nnI placed my order over the app, but it didn't warn me there that the store I selected wasn't honouring the two sandwiches for $5 each deal and I only found out when I went to pick up my order (assuming the checkout total on the app would be automatically corrected).nnI always order my sandwich toasted, so it can hold together better and I don't think mine were as they were very soft and falling apart a bit.nI also didn't get extra pickles, but that's understandable because the ingredients list was fairly long and they were pretty busy.nnOverall, good experience, but I'll be much more leery of deals coming through the app in the future and I'll have to make sure I put special instructions in the comments line, if I order.nnThank you!

I am sitting in the parking lot because I was refused service for not having a mask, there is no drive thru option here and I have a health condition where I am not able to wear a mask. Employees were rude and inconsiderate I was the only customer in the store and both employees were wearing masks, yet I couldn't be served I eat subway 3 times a week normally, I will not continue to eat at a place that has such ignorant employees
