My 90-lb white German Shepherd and I found ourselves in Cumberland, MD on our way home to WV from a long trip. It was late and I was tired, but I was concerned about finding a decent pet-friendly hotel. Let me just say, I hit the jackpot with this hotel!! Every one of the staff members I encountered where friendly and helpful! The rooms were super clean and modernly decorated. The staff welcomed in my dog and even gave her treats! We were treated so well and were so pleased by everything! If we ever end up in this area again, we'll be back!
Really nice place that's pet friendly. The staff member who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. I also had a nice conversation with the GM the following morning. Highly recommend ud83dudc4d
The hotel was extremely clean and my room smelled fresh. I loved my stay everyone was very nice. Also, we travelled with our dog and he enjoyed himself as well. Only things I think could improve is the dog area, the grass was very long so in the morning taking him out there our feet were soaked. Also, the breakfast selection was very limited. Today (Sunday) they provided pancakes which was nice.
Just checked in. So far a wonderful experience. We have a comfortable king bed. The room is clean. Unfortunately the road noise seaps through the windows.nnSo far a great anniversary weekend.
I am a traveling nurse and currently staying at the hotel, everyone is so nice. The place is clean, the manager and staff members are wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the West Virginia area and needs a place to stay. Great customer service, thank you so much!! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
