I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for sure. The night I was going to check out I lost my Dog and I thought I wouldn’t see him again so was like okay cool you know ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♂ufe0f, but luckily me for the manager saw my dog on a Facebook post and she was kind enough to go pick up Rusty ud83dudc36 1hr from the hotel and bring it back to me and not charge me anything which I thought was pretty cool of her to do that on her own time and also the personal working here are welcoming when you come .
Very nice, clean hotel. Pool is perfect size for small families. Excellent location right next to canal, walking path, and shops.
Nice place to stay when passing Cumberland. Highly recommend for the value, location, and cleanliness. Nice hot breakfast in the morning too
Things were clean and covid precautions were being followed. Could only book 45 minutes in the pool area if available. Pool area is more run down than in the website pictures but not awful.
I booked a night friday the fifth for saturday the sixth. They very nicely called me and explained an issue with the pool giving me the opportunity to book elsewhere. It saved the night for me. I appreciated the call and explanation. Having three kids with me we made the trip this direction..... to play in the pool. I appreciated Windys help. I did not stay at the motel but their staff is very thoughtful. If in the area I will stay there.
