I am staying at the Ramada Inn for a few days and the front desk has been so helpful. Robin gives great customer service and is very pleasant. She made us feel so welcomed and made us feel like us choosing the Ramada as our place to stay is appreciated. When I come back to visit Cumberland again I will definitely be choosing the Ramada as our place to stay just because of how helpful and pleasant Robin was with us. Thank you so much Robin you've made our stay that much better with your amazing attitude!!
This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The room was dirty, eggs at the continental breakfast tasted like they were reused from another day, the front desk clerk was not present when we came to check-in (had to wait 15 minutes), trains are noisy all evening, the desk clerk did not have key cards so they had to let us in our room manually, towels were stained, hall smelt like marijuana, room doors do not lock and there are people that stay in other rooms that are not guests (we did not feel safe). So we decided to leave a day early and were not refunded for our 2nd night. Stay at your own risk!
The price was fair. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Saw a roach crawling down the wall. Only one but still....nBut decent for a last minute booking
Love my stay here. Rooms are clean, staff is amazing and friendly. Great nights sleep. Definitely recommend to anyone.
Clean room. Very reasonable prices. If you're a rail fan, like me, you will want a room on the sixth floor. The rooms facing the back of the hotel offer a great view of the CSX (ex B&O) mainline to Pittsburgh.
