They were extremely nice, prompt and fixed our toilet in about 15 minutes. They were also very economical. I would have been happy to pay twice what they charged us. Highly recommend!

B&B Johnson is the way to go. I have used them for a couple projects. Every time they are professional and accommodating and very reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend them more.

They were the only ones to respond on a Saturday. They had someone at my home with the hour. Very courteous, fast and professional. Did a great job and had my water back on in no time.

The technician who came to my home done a great job and was very professional. He spent 20 mins using the power snake to unclog my main drain to septic. Although he done great I feel the amount of work done did not justify the bill. For the price I paid for the repair I could have purchased a power snake and done the work myself. Good service, horrible pricing. Also mailing the bill after service is shady. Tell me ahead of time what it’s going to cost. Estimates usually come before service.

They have always done a good job. I still have a leaky outside faucet which has been a challenge bot overall they have friendly and qualify people.
