This is a very nice museum. I drove past it a few times before finally spotting the “ART CAMP” on the side. The inside of the building is amazing. They’ve got a nice set up going on here. I’ll definitely be making the trip down from Amarillo again if I see any shows in the future.
It was so awesome and surprising to find a high quality modern art museum in Plainview Texas! I thoroughly enjoyed the art I saw here and the excitement and professionalism of the curators for the arts. With frequently rotating exhibits, it looks like there will always be exciting new art to see and interact with. A West Texas desert gem hidden in plain view!
The stroll into freedom of expression with a local feel, yet contemporary vibe that is otherwise hard to find in the rural small agricultural town
