I do A LOT of work that requires construction materials and tools. My whole family is or has been in construction for generations. When we first moved here, I went to Foxworth because my Dad had used them in Sulphur Springs years ago. I was treated like a dumb blonde shopping for items. I tried two-three more times because “everybody has a bad day” and “every company has a bad employee” but I still got treated the same.nJust recently I pulled in at 4:57pm and I saw a guy standing at the door, he saw me, but he went ahead and locked the door. Really?nMy purchases won’t make or break you, but it’s not good business to have employees with consistently bad attitudes. I’m not going to mention names - I’m not trying to bash this place. I would want to know if I was the manager/owner.
Absolutely the worst store in Winnsboro. Always slow, delivery trucks parked in the way of customers, then completely ignored 6 calls in a role just now. Completely done doing business here. If I hadn't been in the store and watched multiple employees stand around ignoring it I'd assume no one was available. I've seen it in person. Go to Winnsboro hardware. They answer, they're better stocked and much cheaper.
Great selection of home improvement products, lumber and construction materials. The yard, where you drive through to pick up your order, is sometimes a hectic, busy place. It's hard to stay out of the way of the forklifts and trucks.
Very helpful and courteous.
Unfriendly , unhelpful , wasted time stopping in here . Employees reminded me of Georgia Hillbillies .
