If I could give negative stars I would. Nick was late and when I tried calling did not answer. He showed up 3 hours after the appointment time. I paid to have carpets done in all rooms. He did 2 and said he did them all. Refused to give partial refund for the carpets he didn’t do. He was very rude. I will never use him again. Very unhappy with the quality of work. He also made inappropriate comments while he was in my home. I would never recommend using him.
Nick is absolutely phenomenal! Did and amazing job getting the stains out of our carpets! 100% would recommend and use his services again. HE IS THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TO CLEAN YOUR CARPETS!!!

Nick Nellos did such an amazing jobs on our carpets!! We were literally amazed by how good they look now, we didn't think anything was gonna get the stains we had out and Nick definitely proved us wrong. I recommend Nick and this company 100%!!
