Super convenient and cost friendly. If you are in a rush they have bigger washers that wash faster but it cost money. Staff is always friendly and they offer a variety of services. Please keep in mind when dropping off clothes for later pick up dont do same day pick up out of respect for the workers. Over all a great experience.

I used this Delken of Fairhaven for my Ugg comforter a year ago for a dry clean. No issues. I went back a few weeks ago for the same cleaning, and this time, the comforter’s appearance is not the same. The fur is falling apart all over the place and is completely ruined. The comforter tag says to Dry Clean, and they said they washed/dried last time, so they figured they would do the same this time. I came back to mention my complaint, they said that it must be a mfg defect because they used the same processes as last time and that they are not responsible, the mfg is. Delken did not even offer refunding me for the service of $35 to ruin my comforter, nevermind give me a $200 credit that the comforter was worth. They didnt even throw in a simple apology. I will never return to this unprofessionalism of a company again. Go elsewhere people! They how no sympathy for their customers. FYI I have never written a review, but I had to bring this to the public’s attention.

I went in to do laundry as a do weekly at this location and discovered that one of the dryers that I had my clothes in for 40 minutes was ice cold and my clothes inside were cold and wet! (clearly the dryer was broken) I went to the attendant and explained to her what happened, she was in a deep conversation with her coworker and obviously annoyed by me interrupting her, she tells me to put my clothes in another dryer and she will come and load the money on. I reloaded the machine and started folding my finished loads.... she continued her conversation and 15 minutes pass. I go and load money to restart my machine. She approaches me now 20 minutes later to ask if I reloaded the machine I explain to her that I did and she tells me why didn’t I go get one of them? After 20 minutes? I respond. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. Customer service is a must, instead Her and her coworker was having social hour.
