I regularly come here to drop off my laundry for them to wash, dry, and fold for me. It is a wonderful service at a very fair price, especially for employees and students of SHSU and employees of TDCJ, and especially in the middle of the week, from Tuesday through Thursday. James is a very hard worker who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service every time I come in!
We have been staying in Huntsville for work and have really appreciated the Sam Houston Washateria. The wash and fold service is so convenient when you don’t have time to do laundry yourself. While the business is in an older/outdated location, everything is well taken care of/upkept. The owner keeps snacks and drinks and all the laundry essentials on hand at very reasonable prices.nWe highly recommend using this business. Staff is super friendly.
The only thing I can say about this place is it wasn't great and wasn't bad I would wash my clothes here again if need be but I think I'll stick the sunshine washateria on 11th Street
The staff is professional. Always ready to assist.
This place isn't the cleanest. You also have to count your change from machine. The lady working got mad cause I said the change was wrong and asked for it. She is rude, loud and annoying to listen to her rambling. The machines are nasty found someone else's hair in my clothes. Like a ball of hair please clean the lint trap. And the small machines cost as much as the big machines.
