I dropped off two throw pillows that did not have removable covers and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they got them without harming the batting. Great service! I was hesitant due to the other reviews but I had no issues and my pillows look like new.

This business ruined $600 worth of shirts and failed to do the right thing when given the opportunity. If you want your clothes to be handled professionally, you need to AVOID this business like COVID-19.

STAY AWAY!!!! They improperly laundered and ruined 12, never worn dress shirts of mine, and they refuse to take any blame. The owner, Mohammad Sharif, doesn’t even have the decency to call me and there’s other customer reviews of people that have had the same treatment.nnI recently bought over $600 of brand new dress shirts which I dropped off before even wearing to be dry cleaned. Two days after I picked them up I tried them on before I went on vacation and every single one was warped and damaged beyond repair.nnAs verified by one of their employees, they had incorrectly labeled the shirts to be laundered instead of dry cleaned. In doing so they stretched them out and over heated the elastane which warped the shirts.nI took the shirts to a reputable dry cleaner to get a second opinion and they verified that’s what happened and they were ruined.nnIt took 3 different trips to their store to finally talk to the manager, Lauren, who was not sympathetic to my situation and refused to admit any wrongdoing even though another employee had admitted my shirts were improperly tagged which lead to them being ruined. I have all the receipts and original tags as well and still they won’t admit any wrongdoing on their part.nnNow I’m stuck with 12 warped dress shirts, and I’m having to pursue legal action over something that was obviously their fault.

I am not happy with the business practices of this establishment. All they care about is taking your money without any regard for the customers clothes. They messed up? Too bad not their problem. Not a thread of decency exists here. Avoid at all costs.
