I dropped my jacket off over a week ago, first she said it would take 2 days which would be Thursday and I can only pick it up after 5. I waited (which is my fault) bc I get home around 3, but I came to pick up Saturday and they changed their hours, so I couldn’t get it. Sunday’s they’re closed & now due to “inclement” weather here I am a whole week later on Saturday and they’re closed until Tuesday. There is no ice or anything on the ground today, and not supposed to be until Monday. Oh and they’re closed Wednesdays already for “cleaning” so you can’t drop anything off that day either. They might as well not open since their times are so restrictive.

I brought a sweater here that had some dirt and some stains on it that they said they could not get out I took it to another cleaner and it was out the next day furthermore I went there again to drop off some shirts and they advertise right on the front of the building fast shirt service and they are called a One hour cleaners and they denied for me to have my shirt the next day I find this to be completely false advertising and a horrible professionalism ! The lady at the desk is also very rude .
They do not do good work clothes look the same way when they are done as they did when you drop them off. There work is horrible specially for the price will gladly go further down and pay more money for better results.
I love this place ...very clean n professional staff
