I have used them because it was convenient for some time. The problem is that they lose clothes and will not take responsibility and they have washed shirts after being asked to stain treat without the treatment and that. If course, made the stain permanent, again without any responsibility. I even had 2 shirts I picked up that had been obviate worn by someone else and not even cleaned. I would recommend you RUN from this place...
Always have clothes when promised and always done right!
This store is great. They did good jobs on alterations, dry clean, laundry and press. The service is fast and quality. The employees are kind and polite. I like this store and recommend people come here.
Horrible! Brought in 38 dress shirts and 7 dress slacks.nnWhen I picked it up I found 11 dress shirts where collar wasn't laid flat . I told them this has happened before in fact I told them when I dropped it off. So I left all 11 there to redo. Pick them up today and they are the same!! I took before pictures so on top of bad work they are liars.nSo to compensate me they gave me 7 bucks back. RidiculousnnI will never ever go there again and I post this simply as a warning because we all work hard for our money and time cant be replaced.
I have been coming here for just over a year and have never had a bad experience. Very friendly, good pricing, quick turn around, and quality service. What’s not to like.
