Outstanding service.... techs arrived on-time as scheduled. They removed and replaced a large hot water tank in the building. All workers wore masks for safety and performed social distancing. Very professional, efficient, and clean work was done. In the end very happy with everything and would use ARS again. I would also highly recommend ARS to others going forward. Thanks again to the workers and staff for helping out during these tough times... 5 Stars

Is there negative stars? I own a multifamily home in Everett and spent ( I thought I was investing) $31,500 on mini split AC system. Due to work obligations, I could not stay home for the installation process, and the installers placed the outside units on a wrong place..twice, until they got it right due to my complaints. My siding was brand new and they damaged it. Luckily, after I called and complained, they paid for the siding repair.nFast forward few months later, after the warranty had expired (of course), the first floor unit was not cooling, and I called ARS about and they said would charge me $100 just to come take a look at it. I did not pay because I was still paying for the installation/hardware and was short on money, plus it was almost fall.nThis year, I called them again (yes, I paid the $100). ARS tech came to take a look a it, and after his check, he was not sure about what happened. A week later he called me saying the system lines needed to be changed and would cost me $3,600 to fix, minus a $200 discount for me being a Army vet. Great!!nUnemployed and with little money to spare, I called another company to take a look at it ( I guess I lost all warranty!!!!) Long story short, one of the lines was leaking probably because a poor welding job, and all coolant I insert in the system, would eventually leak. I loved this news!! Even better is the fact that the lines runs above my basement's hard ceiling, and to fix a poor performed weld, I will have to break my basement's ceiling,nIt gets better! Of course I called and complained about it, and it never passed the secretary. I believe after nearly two months, John (supposedly the operations general manager and no last name provided) called me. I explained to him what happened (that was late June, early July), and he said he was going to get back to me in few days. Thank you John and the entire ARS team for the outstaying service you provided to me. My costumer experience was awesome. NOT! After I spent (threw away $31.500) with ARS, I can tell they are not worth anybody business. Just be careful when you hire them.nnRespectfully,nAndre Afonso

When your water tank goes in the middle of the night it sure can be a stressful situation. ARS arrived promptly the next morning and my home had hot water a few hours later. ** I had called around that morning for pricing and only got the run around from other plumbing companies. I was so stressed. ARS pricing is quite reasonable and I highly recommend if you need plumbing services. Thank you for all your help.n11/24 Derek came out to fix a leaky tub. He was fantastic! Thanks for everything!

ARS does a decent enough job but they are expensive. In spite of the fact they we had a pricy service contract with them, they always managed to find excuses to charge us hundreds of dollars more with every visit. We also had a very poor experience with them recently where they charged us a lot of money for something that easily could have been diagnosed and resolved over the phone. They really took advantage of us and were very unpleasant and obstinate when we attempted to discuss the matter. It's not acceptable - especially since we have been loyal customers for over 10 years. Actually, I should say we used to be loyal customers since, after this experience, we will not be using them again. There are plenty of other, better, and cheaper options.

The person they sent to my home had come twice. The first time was for a diagnostic and he spent a couple of hours and figured out everything that was wrong because there was more than one thing to repair. The second time he came was to repair everything and told me it would take about three hours and it took him about 90 minutes. He knew the system, he was very informative and answered all my questions. He even really explained some of the operations of the system to make sure I was operating at correctly. On the day that he came back he was training somebody and listening to him explain some of the mechanics of the system I knew he knew what he was talking about. It was a very good experience.
