They keep loosing my clothes. Mainly blue jeans. This occurred about 2 or 3 times in 2018. Again 1 more time in 2019. Its been a week and I have not been contacted about the status of my lost items. Reason given is always the plants inability to correctly process. Also, broken or missing shirt button, also plants fault for not checking properly. Management should reevaluate their entire system.

Never had an issue with this cleaners. They've even replaced buttons (at no charge) that another cleaner destroyed. Price is on the high side but the quality and service is well worth it. Wont take my clothes anywhere else.
