Stay away during the pandemic.
If I could leave no stars I would. This place has a return policy that they do not abide by. I tried to return a staple gun with original packaging that did not work out for the task I was trying to complete. I had a receipt and tried to return it 3 days after purchasing. They told me that since I had opened it and tried to use 6 staples out of the package of 100 I purchased with the gun that they can not return it. Why have a return policy if you are not going to abide by it? So much for caring about the customer. They care more about the 37.00 dollars I was trying to return it for than losing a lifetime customer. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR RECOMMENDING SUTHERLANDS TO ANYONE ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE.
Very helpful staff. Just about all you could need in a smaller building than HD or Lowes.
