We received information about this company from Robert Quinn. We reached out and never heard anything back. We reached out again after never receiving a response and the owner came out to give us an estimate. We then scheduled for him to come. They still have not showed up or contacted us to reschedule or just to simply communicate. Terrible customer service and definitely not responsive. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Robert and his helper (didn't catch his name) were great! They were very friendly to not only the staff, but also the guests we had staying with us. They worked with us and the guests to make the carpet cleaning less of an inconvenience for any of us. The carpets look great and the hotel smelled amazing. Cannot wait to work with them in the future. I would highly recommend using them if you need any carpet or tile cleaning done.
