I used Rankin to have some area rugs cleaned. One of the rugs had stains that continued to come back after it dried. They came out several times free of charge until they were gone. Fast and friendly service. Brian was great! We will definitely use them in the future.

The phone was answered promptly to schedule my appointment. Brian was on time and confirmed service requested. The price was same as I was originally quoted over the phone. I have very light colored carpet and it looks great now. I am very happy with the results and will be using them again.
We have been using Rankin Service Pros Carpet cleaners for close to two years now and couldn't be happier with the service. Not only do they clean our carpets that regularly get messy considering that we have a busy toddler, they also cleaned our love seats and sofas and did an amazing job with that. They are always exactly on schedule, and the service is top notch. I would definitely recommend these guys!
Highly recommend these guys! Punctual, great communication and they did a fantastic job on bringing the life back to my carpets. Brian was my tech, I will ask for him next time I need the carpets cleaned.
