It is sad when you pay for a service, are told of a time frame, then they lose your clothes and find them the day after because the owner has to come from a different store to assist in locating your items. One of the supervisors named Margie has an outstanding vocabulary(very vulgar) and threatens to call the police because your items are missing and she has no explanation. This company is a real class act, beware the ten year old spiderwebs and dust above your head when entering this place, and if they lose your clothes, chances are they are in Dallas off of NW Hwy and Garland Rd, as they send the clothes off to another company, and also damages your clothing. No professionalism, no courtesy, poor service, BEWARE....

I dropped off 4 pairs of uniform pants. The class A uniform pants were pressed and cleaned. My tactical pants came back more wrinkled than when I dropped them off. How? Won't be back!
I never had problems here until I took my curtains and they shrunk them-they are ruined, you can’t fix them ud83dude21
Took a brand new comforter to get washed and it was completely ruined had rips all in it and I was told that it was not their fault it was the “type of material” which I figured they would know how to clean the right way without destroying it, being at the cleaners. And wouldn’t even refund me $18 dollars after ruining a $100 comforter.
