The dryers don't get hot enough to dry the clothes properly and they are more expensive than other laundromats I've been. However, if you live in Joshua they are the closest and most convenient. The maintenance guy who works there is personable and very nice. Without him, the place would only have 2 stars from me.
The owners have upgraded all the washing machines to front loaders of at least two different sizes. Has started upgrading dryers, but most of the older ones still work well. The bathroom was clean and stocked and neither the bathroom or the building had any unpleasant smells. If you've had a bad experience here before or talked to somebody who has you might want to give them a try anyway. I don't know if these people are new owners, but they're working hard to provide a clean safe and comfortable environment with well maintained machines.nnAnd face masks are required and is enforced by the owners. So don't say you didn't know because they don't care, the rule has no exceptions till the county health department says different, Dollar tree will sell you one for a dollar and it's across the street.

Nice place to wash clothes all great. I will back again wash clothes and dryer.
The manager and owners son was there and they were super friendly and helpful! Everything was in working order and clean.
