And honestly that's all we can ask for, is to be made whole. So he is returning to fix my prior problems and I can't ask for anything more than that. He was truly upset that I was dissatisfied and wants to do anything and everything in his power to make it right. Very well run company. Service was excellent. Had great ideas for us on new carpet that was already beginning to wear and was willing to help us with the warranty process. We will definitely be using Steam Wave again.
