Folks, avoid. Took comforter there, showed up to pick up and they could not find it. Was told I'd get a call that day, Friday. No Call. No Call on Saturday either. I called the shop Monday. Was told they would have owner call me. Owner calls and says the only holiday comforter they had had been picked up by a man... did my husband pick up? Nope. Come to find out it was at the store all along, including the first time I showed up for it. I go back to the store to pick it up - second time there. No apology, nothing. And - the white on the comforter is now pink which makes me think they did a warm water wash.

Their promotion is if you drop off clothes by 9, they’ll be ready by 5. Clearly they don’t abide by this. We dropped clothes off at 7:30 AM, they were not ready to be picked up 5:15 PM. Okay, no big deal. They said they were very busy, so we went by the following morning on our way out of town at 7:45 AM. They still did not have the clothes ready and worse, they transport the clothes to the cleaner off of Pearl street to get washed, so we couldn’t even take the clothes before they were done. They then told us they were in transit, so we had to wait 45 minutes to get our clothes. They didn’t offer to give a discount or not charge us, we had to request it. And even then, they supposedly took off 50%, but it doesn’t show a discount on the receipt.

Had 3 white men's dress shirts laundered, starched and pressed. The shirts came back looking like they had never been washed, neck and cuffs still dirty. Starch was ok but pressing was horrible, lots of pressed in wrinkles and French cuffs were not done correctly. And if that was not bad enough the white shirts were covered with red fuzz balls. Called to complain and was offered no explanation but was offered a free redo. Needless to say, I did not take the free redo. I will never use this cleaners again and neither should you.
