I wanted a full suit dry cleaned/pressed, and visited their location on Colorado. Opted to use the drive through and waited a few minutes but was eventually attended to. The turn around time was three days, and was ready on time. Results are what you'd expect from any most dry cleaner, had no issues with the staff, would go back!

Horrible service, front desk lady does not have any customer service.nMy work uniform was double creased and she did not bother to fix it.nThey do not care.

Horrible work ethic. I have had them redo shirts more than 3 times. Today I had them redo 3 shirts.. they are not dry cleaned correctly and the front lady has terrible customer service.

Closing time says 7pm, yet there is a skinny old lady that closes sometimes, but she always closes at 6:45pm, does not respect the 7pm closing time .. she locks the door and turns off the open sign so people do not bother her at 6:45pm .. I get out of work at 6:30pm so her closing early really makes it hard to pick up my belongings. bad service.

Do not take your stuff here unless you want to pay for damages to your items. Had 3 pairs of shoes taken to cleaned. One was cleaned, the other still had previous stain and one had drops of white marks on the pair. Looked like some sort of chemical dropped and made white spots. They sent it back to have it fixed... basically marked with blue color of some sort. Have pictures but don't see an option of attachment here so I will post on yelp. The front ladies tell me to contact the manager at A1 cleaners plant on nolana. Took me several tries and finally did. She says there's no bleach on her property and when I explained the blue mark looks like someone scribbled blue marker on the shoes, she says it's a dye they used. She tried to tell me to go back for a refund and send it to some place that can determine the damage. If it was there before nothing and if it was their fault they will pay for damages. Thought it was too much trouble and decided to just throw away the pair. Agh! The manager said she was the best in town.. guess standards here are way below expected. So disappointed.
