Brought in a comforter to be dry cleaned. When i picked up the item and inspected it I could feel that it was damp. The lady at the counter said it wasnt damp. That it was cold since it was sitting under the AC all day. Once I took it home you could clearly tell it was thrown in a washing machine. Stains still remained and now the entire comforter which was white is now has a yellow tint. So basically I paid over $20 to have some throw it in a washing machine. I hope they make this right.nnFollow up 12/5/18nnAfter much discussion they were able to fix the problem. Though hesitant I would return due to their customer service and ability to help resolve a problem.

No stars for this place! I specifically told the lady that I wanted heavy starch on the jeans and shirt, but no crease in the pants. She agreed that she could do that. I go the next day to pick up my clothes to find a crease in the jeans, medium starch on everything (the worst press job I've ever seen), and the shirt was damaged. Half of the snap buttons were missing and some were broken/damaged. An $80 Stetson shirt RUINED by this inept business. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PRECIOUS GARMENTS TO THIS BUSINESS. I tried to give the place NO STARS, but this rating system won't allow you to do that and post a review.
