I am the owner of Fresh Coat Painters of Kingwood. Adam's company and my company have complementary roles, often involving demo and mitigation, followed by build-back and restoration. This has led us to do many projects together, and he is by far my favorite mitigation contractor! Every project we have built back after a PuroClean demo and clean-up has been a smooth, headache-free process for me, and more importantly, for our clients. LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT FOR YOUR SERVICE!! In August of 2020 I received news that my Uncle, who lived alone in the Houston area, was found deceased in his home. I was informed that he had probably passed several weeks earlier and that there was a bit of a hoarding situation going on. Living in Colorado I had no idea where to start when someone suggested looking up companies in the Humble, TX area and see if someone could at least get the BioHazard cleaned up. A quick google search brought up PuroClean of Kingwood. I submitted an inquiry and Adam responded within 15min (it may have been faster than that). After Speaking with Adam on the phone I knew this was the company! I hired PuroClean of Kingwood to start their services in September of 2020. From there Adam & PuroClean of Kingwood was able to help with more than just the BioHazard cleanup. PuroClean of Kingwood was able to sort through the belongings in the house and dispose of anything that was not salvageable. He used IMPECCABLE judgment and erred on the side of caution! He did in 4 days what would have easily taken me weeks (if not months). He had piles sorted and when I arrived in town he met me at my Uncle's house and walked through everything. Did i mention through the entire process he made sure to stay in contact. At the end of every day I received pictures and a brief report of what was found or other issues that made themselves known. Adam, was helpful beyond just the house. Since I am not familiar with the area he provided me contacts to people who might be able to help with the probate process and a few other items pertaining to my Uncles Estate. I absolutely can not recommend PuroClean of Kingwood enough, I just wish they were in Colorado because there are several personal projects I would enlist their services for! WOW! I am absolutely amazed at how wonderful a job the PuroClean team did at my house. I had horrible pet stains on my tile and grout and no matter how much I scrubbed, I could not get it clean. They came in and got it all resolved. Not only did they remove the pesky odor, but my grout is now clean and looks brand new again! Thank you so much PuroClean, for making my day!!!
