Quality work and friendly staff. I took 2 small rugs there to be cleaned thanks to some pet-related stains. The first came clean immediately and the second needed some additional attention -- they did the job until it was done to my satisfaction. Would definitely do business with them again!
This was my first time using Rug Cleaners and I couldn't be any more satisfied. I called them and that same day they picked it up. It took about a week for them to do the cleaning which was perfect timing because I was going away for vacation. Next time I need to clean my rug I will definitely be calling them back for their service. Not only was my rug thoroughly cleaned but the technician was very nice and helpful! I highly recommend to use them!
When I inherited the fine rugs I have owned 30 years ago, they came with instructions to have them cared for by Rug Cleaners on zack . I have never strayed from those wise instructions and intend to bequeath these 100 year old heirlooms with the same instructions; for consultation, cleaning, storage and repairs. Only the best.
