Allen was Fantastic. He was flexible with scheduling, easy to communicate with and on time. We had water damage to a business and time is money, Allen fixed the situation quickly. He did a great job with the carpets and explained what he was using and how he was treating the carpet. Would absolutely use this company again as well as recommend them!

Allen did a super job on two very dirty carpets in my house. I hadn't been able to get them professionally cleaned in a few years, and with 20 dirty little paws (5 Pekes) on the carpet day in and day out, they really had been neglected. Allen used equipment that I had never seen used before, and he surely knew how to use the tools to their best effect. The white berber in my office is vibrant and looks like new, and the dark green carpet in the living room--while noticeably worn in high traffic areas--is spotless. I like doing business with someone from my local area, and Allen has earned my respect and business. If you need a job well done on your carpets at a very reasonable price, give Allen a call. You'll be amazed at the results and very pleased with his reasonable rates.

Allen is AWESOME. We had 3 rooms that a puppy decided were here place to potty. Allen did an awesome job. The smell is gone and although he had to return to the house a few times to remove the smell he did this with no issues. He is very personable, and knows what he is doing. I will always use Spotlezz Carpet cleaning in the future.nnI have used the big yellow van company in the past and Allen blows them away. He is the best of the best. Allen actually understands how customer service is suppose to be done.nnWell done Allen
