everybody makes a mistake once a while however paying money to have three shirts cleaned and pick them up with buttons completely damaged is unacceptable. The owner completely denied responsibility and refused to issue a refund. Also refused to even try to fix the problem. instead, she yelled at us and insisted we brought her the shirts in damaged condition which is completely not true. I’m extremely disappointed and will never recommend this place or ever go to this place again

Quality of services provided: mediocre.nQuality of customer service: poor and unprofessional.nnExplanation:nThey don’t always answer their phone calls, during regular business hours. They are rude and greet you with a “what-do-you-want” attitude. Bad interpersonal and customer service skills.nnAdditionally, the owner’s niece is not especially trained to answer questions about prices and services. Pretty much just a stand-in to “count the clothes that you drop off” (her words).nn-Anonymous

Awesome job cleaning my jerseys. All 3 came out looking new. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my clothing again
