I have been using this cleaners for some time. They lost my favorite dress and I am very unhappy. I believe they gave it to someone else. I don’t like counting hangers. Bad idea. To many other cleaners in the area to use. I will take my business elsewhere
Watch out. We were long time customers. When our new clothes were missing it was just too much to take. Our hard earned money down the drain. Count your clothes before and after pick up. Counting the hangers is not enough. Make sure there are not two hangers on one garment.
Worst cleaners ever paid $23.15 for just a pair of jeans and a shirt I made it really really clear not once but a few times I wanted heavy starch on my pants paid extra and all come home to find out this ppl didn’t even put starch on my jeans
Asked for my work shirts to be cleaned, the stains (pointed out all of them) to be removed, and crease my sleeves. All I got was creased sleeves. All the stains are right where they were when I dropped off the shirts.
